Emtek were asked to provide our BS 7533 compliant StreetScape Materials for an urban regeneration scheme in Custom House Square, Belfast. With a proven track record in public realm works and 3rd party materials performance testing, UltraScape Flowpoint was delivered to site, mixed and applied throughout the scheme. Flowpoint is our flowable Slurry grout, which has been in use For over 20 years in a variety of project environments including public realm, landscaping and domestic. Open to foot traffic in 1 hour and vehicular traffic in just 4 hours, Flowpoint is rapid setting, easy to mix and apply and ideal for large scale public realm schemes such as this one. Our Materials Team provided technical and site support throughout the project, to ensure the works were completed to the highest standard.
