Industrial Protection for Oil & Gas Plant
Location: Bathgate, Scotland
As part of the construction process of a new state of the art manufacturing plant, Emtek were asked to provide barriers, bollards and wheel guides in and around the car parks and fabric of the building.
Designed to keep staff safe from moving vehicles and also to ensure doorways and cladding did not get damaged from multiple fork lift truck movements, we designed and installed a suite of robust products to meet the client brief and budget. All steel components were hot dip galvanised for durability with an addition yellow painted finish applied to the railings and bollards to highlight them to site traffic. The scale and scope of works was significant and we liaised closely with the project architect and main contractor to ensure products were manufactured and ready for installation as particular sections of the scheme were being handed over.
